Lindsay Burt leads Arup’s ground engineering team in the Midlands. She has over 25 years’ experience of multi-disciplinary infrastructure and site development projects. Lindsay’s technical knowledge is supported by a PhD, focused on soil stabilisation and carbonation, combined with over five years of construction site supervision experience.

Lindsay plays a key role in the Arup Ground Engineering Skills Network as global learning champion, is a long-standing member of the Birmingham office charity committee and supports Arup’s equality, diversity and inclusion initiatives. Outside of Arup, Lindsay is known for her 20 years+ role supporting the Midland Geotechnical Society.
