Mark Sheridan brings nearly 30 years of experience in commercial leadership and transformation within many areas of the built environment. For over two decades at BAM UK & Ireland, Mark has worked alongside talented colleagues and cross-disciplinary teams to deliver commercial excellence, embed innovation, and support sustainable growth across a wide range of projects. Throughout his career, Mark has placed strong emphasis on collaboration, people development, and aligning commercial strategies with wider organisational goals. He has been fortunate to lead and learn from high-performing teams who have driven award-winning outcomes, pioneered digital change, and helped shape resilient, forward-thinking business models. During his time with BAM Ritchies, BAM’s geotechnical division, Mark worked closely with operational and commercial leaders to guide the business through a period of significant growth and recognition—successes made possible through the shared commitment and expertise of the entire team. A Chartered Engineer and active Fellow of several professional institutions, Mark remains focused on supporting the wider industry through knowledge sharing, upskilling, and championing innovation.
