Martin is and UK-based Principal Geotechnical Engineer and a multi-awarding EDI Champion with the international multidisciplinary consultancy GHD based in their London office. His 20+ years of professional experience has been working for UK-based international consultancies.

He specializes in ground risk and uncertainty for international and national projects from desk study to closure. He is neurodivergent and visually impaired. He is a Chartered Engineer and Fellow of The Institute of Materials, Minerals & Mining and Fellow of Institution of Civil Engineering, Chartered Geologist. Currently, he is serving as a Geological Society Vice President for Equity Diversity and Inclusion Accessibility.
