Jo is a chartered civil engineer and environmentalist with over thirty-five years of experience. She now works as Jo Strange Consulting offering specialist geo-environmental and waste/ material management services to the development/construction industry and especially ‘brownfield’ projects. She is a registered QP/SQP with CL:AIRE. Her goal is to provide technically correct, commercially acceptable, practical, cost effective and sustainable, integrated solutions to ground/contamination and waste/material resource related problems .Jo has acted as an Expert Witness.

Jo is an SCE and Reviewer for the ICE and a STEM Ambassador. She is also the current Chair of the AGS Loss Prevention Working Group.
