Neil is a geotechnical engineer with over 30 years of experience. He has special expertise in data management and the application of digital technologies in ground engineering. He is a member of the AGS Data Management Working Group and is the lead author of AGS Piling, a new transfer format for the exchange of piling data, currently in development.
