Ronnie Li is a chartered engineer, a member of the Institution of Civil Engineers and a Senior Engineer (Geotech) at Network Rail. With over six years of experience in geotechnical asset management, design and research across the UK and internationally, she plays a pivotal role in advancing data analytics to improve rail infrastructure resilience through shaping network-wide strategies and enhancing operational decision-making for earthwork assets. Her current focus includes embankment track geometry data analysis, landslide-rainfall analysis and InSAR data applications. She also represents Network Rail in its technical collaboration with SNCF (the French railway) and serves as the organisation's CIRIA representative, promoting cross-industry knowledge exchange.
