I am a Digital Construction Leader with a strong background of digital engineering working for Balfour Beatty UKCS. I am responsible for establishing the project digital strategy, execution, mobilisation, and delivery. I have set-up and delivered many digital solutions for large and complex construction projects using the systems integrator approach. These solutions have saved us many man-hours, reduced cost and reduced risks. As a result this has helped us to gain our client’s confidence in Balfour Beatty for delivering projects successfully.

I lead the digital strategy #DigitalByDesign through which I bring the people to the forefront of technology, this helps me to clearly identify the outcomes including the objectives and benefits to be achieved from the digital solutions. This is to bringing a positive difference for digital transformation that I am leading at Balfour Beatty.
