Hassan is a Chartered Civil Engineer with extensive experience in geotechnical and civil engineering design, construction management, and technical assurance across major civil engineering programmes. He leads Costain’s in-house geotechnical consultancy capability. Beyond project work, Hassan is an active contributor to the civil engineering profession. He is an SCE and a Reviewer for the Institution of Civil Engineers, Costain’s representative on the CIRIA Ground Engineering Advisory Panel, and a member of the University of Salford Industry Advisory Board.
