Hassan is Costain’s Civil & Ground Engineering Lead. He is a Chartered Civil Engineer with extensive experience in geotechnical and civil engineering design, construction management, and technical assurance across major civil engineering programmes. Beyond project work, Hassan is an active contributor to the civil engineering profession. He is an SCE and a Reviewer for the Institution of Civil Engineers, Costain’s representative on the CIRIA Ground Engineering Advisory Panel, and a member of the University of Salford Industry Advisory Board.
