Ronnie Li is a Chartered Engineer, Member of the Institution of Civil Engineers and a Senior Engineer (Geotech) at Network Rail. With over seven years of experience in geotechnical asset management, design and research across the UK and internationally, she leads and contributes to initiatives that apply data analytics to improve rail infrastructure resilience, shaping network-wide strategies and supporting operational decision-making for earthwork assets. Her current focus includes InSAR data applications, embankment track geometry data analysis, landslide-rainfall analysis and earthwork risk modelling. She also represents Network Rail in its technical collaboration with SNCF and the International Union of Railways (UIC), and serves as the organisation's CIRIA representative, promoting cross-industry knowledge exchange.
